organic fruit from the minko vineyard in mt. compass, fleurieu peninsula. direct pressed merlot juice over whole bunches of merlot given a short carbonic maceration and then everything pressed off into barrel to finish elevage.
the vines are grown on deep sandy soils which lend a distinct floral accord to this wine. its a merlot unlike any other. it is as though Travis has captured the very primary essence of a ferment. On the pallet you see red fruits, cherries, wild blossoms, strawberries and a delicate tannin to finish. excellent chilled and enjoyed in the sun.

organic pinot from Peramangk Country, adelaide hills. made from the first of the ripening fruit. the grapes are partially whole bunch direct pressed and partially hand destemmed and fermented together for a week before pressing off into oak puncheons for elevage.
This pinot has a palette that matches it's looks, etherial and florescent. vibrant strawberries and scrumptious red fruits sing through the whole mouth making this wine dangerously drinkable.
